Members
Members of the International Academy of Gastronomy (A.I.G.) are exclusively Academies of Gastronomy. A.I.G. does not have individual members. National or regional Academies of Gastronomy apply for membership by sending a detailed application which is examined by the Board of Directors and approved by the General Assembly. Academies of Gastronomy, members of A.I.G. account for about 10,000 individuals.
